Dear customer if you are not happy or satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of the items with tags, unused, unwashed, unaltered within 15 days from a delivery date. The items must be in their original packing and in the same condition that you receive. Please in any return and exchange, you will need provide us your sales ID or Invoice.
Once after we receive the returned item. Alhajas Huma will give you a web Credit Store. A credit store will be provided as a Gift Card. The initial shipping cost of your order is excluded to refund credit store.
Any discounted, promotional items are not accepted to return. Also any beauty product, intimate clothing, swimsuits, accessories such as earrings or set that have earrings are not accepted for return. According to the Puerto Rico Department of Health for hygiene reasons.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged items or lost in return shipment. Therefore we recommend you any return should insured and with tracking mail service.
